Prestige Group is planning to launch five new projects in North Bangalore during the financial year 2024-2025. These projects will include residential and commercial developments in popular areas like Hebbal, Hennur Road, Jakkur, Thanisandra, Yelahanka, and Horamavu. Prices for these projects are expected to start at ₹2 Crores for 3 BHK apartments and ₹1.6 Crores for 2 BHK apartments. Once they receive RERA approval, these projects will be open for sale. The developments will feature modern amenities like landscaped gardens, clubhouses, and sports facilities. They are also located close to offices, schools, hospitals, and transport links.

Prestige Gardenia Estates is a luxury upcoming apartment project in Yelahanka, North Bangalore. It offers thoughtfully designed 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments with modern architecture and beautiful landscapes. The launch & possession dates will be declared soon, as the project is currently awaiting RERA approval.

Prestige Camden Gardens is a premium apartment project located in Thanisandra, North Bangalore. Spread over 1.83 acres, it features a single tower with 117 apartments offering 3 and 4 BHK units. The apartment sizes range from 1578 square feet. to 2732 sq. ft., with prices from ₹1.85 Crores and going up to ₹3.25 Crores.
